Magnolia Bakery has been one of America’s most cherished bakeshops, setting the standard for tried-and-true desserts. We’ve achieved this through an obsession with crafting the most delicious baked goods in the world. We are intentional about the ingredients we select and put care into everything we do for our customers.

Starting with our first neighborhood bakery in NYC’s West Village in 1996, Magnolia Bakery has grown to become one of the most celebrated and recognized brands among global consumers who love a sweet treat. Magnolia Bakery currently has 39 locations in 8 countries—and we’re just getting started.

As we expand around the world, we are passionate about selecting the best franchise owners and providing them with best-in-class training, systems, and on-going support so they can successfully deliver Magnolia Bakery’s brand promise.

The Role of an International Franchisee 

Our recipe for success is to mix our business experience, culinary expertise, and bakery operating systems with the local market knowledge, business leadership, and investment and operating capabilities of a Franchisee.  A Magnolia Bakery International Franchisee will take on the long-term rights to develop and operate Magnolia Bakery franchises throughout a designated territory.

Our initial review for eligibility considers certain information such as whether you are located in preferred markets, presence of other franchisees, and your Qualifications (see above).
